I did not find this useful at all, because they're so small that you can barely make out what's going on in the video.
The videos are offered up in four different formats: Small (320x240, WMV), Average (480x360, WMV), Big (512x384, WMV) and HQ (512x384, MPG). If you have the internet connection for it, by all means, go for the highest quality video. You won't regret it, as the content really is hot.
