When I saw the title of the site I figured it would be a bukkake site. There are lots of those around. And when I saw Tampa associated with Bukkake, I said "Oh, oh!" Florida and cumming on a girls face can be risky. The operators of another web site called, no doubt about its theme, "Cumonherface(COHF)" have recently been arrested in Pensacola Florida and charged with "racketeering -- conducting a criminal enterprise by engaging in prostitution and the manufacture and sale of obscene material," As others have pointed out, who would want to host a porn operation in the middle of bible-belt Republican conservative majority territory. So a site called Tampa Bukkake seems like waving a red flag at the red state of Florida. And boy oh boy do they wave the red flag. Their tour brags that they have, "The Wildest Gang Bang Bukkake and Orgy Parties On the Net!" There are three trailers on the tour that make it pretty clear that this site has the same kind of content that appears to have got the COHF gang in trouble. The trailers are good quality and large screen, 640x480 pixels.
Impression
The videos are wmv files and you can stream them or right click and save them to your hard drive. Download speeds are not very impressive, never climbing over 170 kps. Pictures are 768x 1024 pixels and were shot at the same time as the videos when then accompany the video. The content is an eclectic mix. Not all the videos are bukkake. In fact bukkake videos seem to be in the minority. There are solo girls shoots. There are two guys on one girl shoots. There are gangbangs. There is even a video of Dirty D skydiving. And to be sure there are the bukkake shoots. I find particularly daring the one that featured a submissive woman bound hands and legs. Clearly there is nothing forced about to. She wants to do it but this is exactly the sort of thing that seems awfully close to a line that the Conservative Righteous Right wrongly believes is obscene.
The guys in the site probably represent well the population that is viewing it, us. That is average to unattractive, over-weight, unfit, big bellied and aging faster than we want to admit. These are guys with shall we say less than your ideal body weight and proportions. The women that get up under those bellies to find those tiny, in comparison, dicks are real troopers. The women on the site are representative of the women you might see at the mall. Most are not unattractive and I find two that to be very pretty, Mya and Lucky. The site delivers what it says, "real people having real sex". And this is what real people look like; and many of the scenes are truly hot. The site will appeal to men who like to treat women as sluts and women who want to be treated as such. I do get the impression people are having fun.
Conclusion
Tampa Bukkake is the Website of a members only swingers club in Tampa. For the most part the people depicted on the site look like your average population passing by on a downtown street. Some you want to see naked, others you try to put that picture out of your mind. There are bukkake shoots (no pun intended), but they are not the principle content of the site. The sex is hot because it is real. People in the shoots are having fun. The focus does seem to be on woman as slut. This is one of 20 sites in a network.
