Darkest Comics is an anime/hentai style site that features art and cartoons that are XXX hardcore in subject matter. The tour was very interesting and to me and to a guy like me who admittedly knows not a whole lot about this subject it was kind of educational. I know the last thing you want to think about when you have your dick in your hand is learning something, but I kind of enjoyed the tour's layout. The tour breaks down the pictures by artist. They show a few small thumb samples of each artist's work and have a small paragraph explaining who the artist is, their style and subject. The styles of art range from the very cartoon looking to very realistic and detailed illustrations to the computer generated. The tour features six different artists. There is no mention as to how much of their work or anyone else's is in the site. That and the fact that there is no trial membership made me a little wary.

I clicked the "more art" button and was taken to an area that features a collection of erotic works that are not dedicated to any one particular artist. There is a mix of stuff in here including single drawings and pieces and scans of anime magazines and comics.
Under the "more comics" section there are entire xxx comic books and serials as well as collections of pictures that go together. You get entire issues of comics called "Bitch in Heat" and "Lust in Space" as well as others and single page comics.
These pictures are of varying quality. Some are very hi-res and others are just average in size but still are of good quality. The comic books and scans seem to be well done and are not blurry or grainy. Some of the art is black and white and others are in color and it's hard to say if that hurts or enhances it. I can't say that I saw a black and white picture and found myself wishing it was in color or vice versa. I guess the artists know what they are doing so I'll leave it up to them.
There are no anime movies on this site. All the art is pictures and its primary focus is on the artist and their work. To me the site feels like it is run by someone who is a fan of this type of art and they have collected as much artwork as they can.
As for the bonus content, there is a lot of it. The bonus anime sites feature all types of subject matter. Covered are hardcore, tranny, mature, bondage, BDSM, gay, anal and more. Some of these sites have anime movies in them. You will have to explore them to see what each one holds, if I tried to cover them all this review would go on for a year and half. One thing that will help is each of the sites has a screen cap of the tour and a small description of what it features. This is a helpful tool in deciding what you want to see instead of wasting time visiting sites you have no interest in.
The real porn bonus sites, like the anime bonus sites, cover a whole spectrum of niches teen, mature, hardcore, big tits, amateur, public sex the whole grid is covered here. For me this is the sites best feature. I will admit that I am fascinated by the art, but it really doesn't do anything to turn me on. For those that are really into it, the main site will probably offer you enough content to satisfy your needs, but for me I enjoyed looking at it but when I'm done I can check out some regular porn.

This is a nice site. The one thing I wished it did was offer more artist bios and info inside the site like it did on the tour. But there is a decent amount of content in general and there is a truckload of bonus content so, to me this site is a good value. I will share a secret I learned. On the join page there is no trial offered. I hit the back button to check out something else on the tour and was hit with a pop up that offered me full access to the site for only $7 so if I were you I would do that, give it a try and see what you think. These types of sites are subject to taste and $7 is always better than $29.
