First impression: First impressions can make or break a good or bad site, but when I ventured into Sapphic Erotica I was greeted with clean and fresh looking member's entrance page. This page offers members a navigational menu that is easy to use and is set out so that everything is clear and functional. This page offers quick links to the latest updates, the movie index, the model index, future updates, Bailey's diary and the link section. It also includes the latest diary entry where members are kept up to date with what is happening within the site, such as improvements or welcome additions making the site easier for members. It was also a pleasure to see that the latest additions found on this page included the promised five day a week updates. These updates include either a full photo set or video and an added bonus was the exclusive or original content that continues to be added to Sapphic Erotica.

I am guessing the owners of this site are new to operating a pay site on the Internet. The problem here is that these videos are mpeg 4, a format that many will not be able see. It is clear that they are aware of the problem because there is text telling us that "to view the mpeg 4 video we will have to download and install the necessary driver" and if we are using windows we are asked to go to a link to download the necessary codec. I have been a pay site owner. I know that many, many users are computer innocents. They do not want to have to get special codecs to see something. They should not have to. A pay-site should not make is members work to be able to use the site. It is the job of the owners to deliver a service to their clients. Happily, I do not need to download any codec because I am a video editor and have all sorts of codecs loaded on my hard drive.

First impression: There are a lot of choices to pick from on the member's area main page. I see a huge amount of bonus sites and some really cool add-ons in here, but I decide I'm going to check out the main movies section first. The movies section is broken down into eight different sub-categories including babes, teens, amateurs, fetish and others. In each section each movie has a thumbnail preview and the total clips for each movie. The movies themselves are in two formats. Some of them are in WMV and the others are in MPG format. Regardless of the format all the movies can be watched as either a single full length movie or broken down into smaller clips. The movies that are in WMV format actually have three different quality grades to choose from: low, medium and high. The low quality clips are just that, low. They are grainy and rough to watch. The medium quality clips are better than the low, but they are still a little bit grainy and blurry. The high grade clips are head and shoulders above the two lower quality clips. They are not what I would consider DVD quality because they do break up a little bit when you try to expand them to full screen size. If you keep them at their original screen size they are crisp and clear and look really good. The MPG movies only have one quality grade and I would say it is just a little bit below the high quality WMV format movies. All movies, both MPG and WMV, can be downloaded to your computer so I would suggest, when available, you download the high quality clips. They are that much better and they are worth the wait.

First impression: My immediate reaction to Girl Girl Spank was very positive.
